The creators who actually fit your brand.

Fidem Growth matches you with creators chosen for audience fit, not follower count — then runs the campaign end to end and reports exactly what it returned.

What we are

One agency. Both sides of the deal.

Fidem Growth is an influencer marketing agency that connects brands with the creators who fit them, and runs the campaign end to end for both sides — creator matchmaking in 15 minutes, then per-creator performance reporting after launch.

The name is the point. Fidem is Latin for trust — the one thing this industry keeps running short of. Brands buy reach that never converts. Creators get chased for free work and paid late. We exist to be the party neither side has to second-guess.

For brands

You brief once. We run the rest.

Sourcing, vetting, negotiation, contracts, content review and reporting — handled.

For creators

Real briefs. Clear rates. Paid on time.

Work that matches what you make, with the fee agreed before you start.

Built for DTC and e-commerce brands that need creator content to actually sell.

How it works

Four steps. No black box in the middle.

Most agencies keep the process vague so you can't tell what you're paying for. Here is the whole thing.

012 minutes

You send a brief

Your category, your budget range, and what the campaign needs to achieve. That's genuinely all we need to start. If something in it is ambiguous, we ask you rather than guess.

0215 minutes

We send a shortlist

Vetted creators matched to your audience, each with why they fit, what they typically charge, and what their recent work looks like. If none are right, say so and we re-match at no cost.

03Campaign length

We run the campaign

Outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, approvals and scheduling. You approve the creators and the content; we handle everything between those two points.

04After launch

You get the numbers

A performance report per creator — reach, engagement, clicks and conversions where tracking allows — plus a plain recommendation on who to run again and who to drop.

What we'll put in writing.

Other agencies fill this space with lifetime totals. We've been going five minutes, so here's something more useful — the things you can hold us to from your very first brief.

What you actually receive

The whole deliverable, before you spend anything.

We won't mock up a shortlist with invented names and numbers. So here's the real template — every field that lands in your inbox.

  • Creator & platformHandle, platform, direct link to their profile.
  • Why they fit youThe specific audience overlap — written, not scored.
  • Audience make-upAge skew, top locations, gender split.
  • Engagement rateOn recent posts, not a flattering lifetime average.
  • Recent brand workSo you can judge tone and quality yourself.
  • Indicative rateWhat they typically charge for your format.
  • FlagsFollower irregularities, competitor deals, timing risks.

5–12 creators per brief. Six strong fits beat twenty padded ones.

After the campaign

The performance report

The numbers whether or not they flatter us:

  • Reach and impressions per creator
  • Engagement against your campaign average
  • Clicks and conversions where tracked
  • Cost per result, per creator
  • Who to run again — and who to drop

An agency that only reports its wins isn't reporting.

Why fit beats reach

Reach you can't convert is just budget you spent.

The difference between a campaign that pays for itself and one that doesn't is almost never the follower count.

What we do

Everything between your brief and your report.

Start with the free shortlist. Hand us the rest when you've seen how we work.

Creator matchmaking

Vetted, audience-matched creators in 15 minutes.

We check audience overlap, engagement quality and competitor history by hand — then send the shortlist with rates attached.

No case studies. Yet.

Every agency you trust today had a first client.

We won't show you borrowed logos or testimonials we wrote ourselves. We'd rather hand you the actual work and let it argue for us.

See the work first

The shortlist is free. Judge us on it before a card ever comes out.

Two numbers, never one

Creator fee and our fee, always shown apart. No hidden mark-up.

One person, not a queue

The same person reads your brief and answers your email. 24-hour replies.

The bad numbers too

Underperformance is in the report. You'd find out anyway.

Risk sits with us
A campaign planning session mapped out with sticky notes on a table

Your first shortlist costs nothing. That's the whole pitch.

For creators

Good campaigns start with creators who were treated well.

An agency that treats creators as inventory produces work that looks like it. We're building the opposite.

Free to join. Free to say no to any brief.

The fee is in the first message

You know what a brief pays before you spend a minute on it.

Scope fixed once you say yes

No deliverables added later. No unpaid revision spirals.

Briefs that match your content

Matched on what you actually make, not your follower count.

A real answer either way

If we can't place you, we say so. You never sit in a database.

Questions

What brands ask before they send a brief

If something you need to know isn't here, email it to us and we'll answer it directly.

How can a creator shortlist take only 15 minutes?
Because the slow part of most agencies isn't the work, it's the queue in front of it — discovery calls, scoping documents, internal handovers. We read your brief and start matching immediately. The vetting itself is fast because we're checking a small number of creators properly rather than exporting hundreds from a database.
What does the free shortlist actually cost me?
Nothing, and there's no card or call involved. You can take the shortlist and run the campaign yourself without ever paying us. We offer it that way because we're new and asking you to trust a claim would be a worse deal for you than letting you judge the work.
Do you have case studies or client testimonials?
No, and we won't publish invented ones. Fidem Growth is a new agency. When we have results we're allowed to share, they'll appear on this site with the brand named and the numbers attached. Until then the free shortlist is how you judge whether we're any good.
How do you choose which creators to put forward?
Audience overlap with your customer, content tone against your brand, engagement quality on recent posts rather than lifetime averages, and whether they've recently posted for a competitor. Follower count is a filter, not the criterion — a smaller creator whose audience actually buys your category will outperform a large one whose audience doesn't.
What if none of the creators are right?
Tell us what missed and we build a second shortlist at no cost. If the second one misses too, we'll tell you we're not the right fit rather than send a third and waste your time.
Which platforms do you cover?
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube primarily, since that's where most DTC and e-commerce creator marketing happens. If your brief points somewhere else, say so and we'll tell you honestly whether we can source well there.
What does it cost to run a campaign with you?
We quote per campaign after seeing your brief, because a one-off product launch and a rolling monthly programme are different jobs. What's consistent is that we show the creator fee and our fee as two separate numbers, so you always know what you're paying for.
Do you work with brands outside e-commerce?
Our process is built around DTC and e-commerce, where a creator post can be tied to a measurable outcome. We take work outside that when we're confident we can source properly for it — and we'll say so directly if we can't.

Where the risk sits

You shouldn't have to take a chance on an agency you've just met.

So the first step carries no cost and no commitment. That's deliberate — it puts the burden of proof on us, which is where it belongs.

01

The shortlist costs nothing

No card, no trial, no discovery call you have to sit through first. If you never come back, you keep the shortlist.

02

Wrong fit, free re-match

Tell us what missed and we build a second shortlist at no cost. If the second one misses too, we'll say so rather than send a third.

03

Nothing is locked in

No minimum term on your first campaign. You decide whether there's a second one after you've seen the report.

Send one brief. See what fifteen minutes gets you.

It costs nothing, it commits you to nothing, and you keep the shortlist either way. That's the entire offer — there isn't a second step we haven't mentioned.
