Brand deals where you know the fee before you say yes.

Most creator outreach wastes your time: vague briefs, no budget mentioned, deliverables that grow after you've agreed a rate. We built the roster to work the other way round.

Fee stated in the first message
Scope and usage rights fixed in writing
Free to join — creators never pay us

Apply to the roster

Free to join, and you can decline any brief we send without it affecting what you get offered next.

Asking your rate up front is deliberate. We'd rather know your number than waste your time on a brief that can't pay it.

What you get from us

Six commitments, and you can hold us to every one.

The fee is in the first message

Every brief we send you states what it pays before you spend a minute deciding. If a brand's budget can't meet your rate, you never hear about that brief.

Scope is fixed once you agree

Deliverables, usage rights and revision rounds are written down before you start. Nothing gets added afterwards because someone internally changed their mind.

Usage rights are explicit

How long the brand can use your content, and on which channels, is stated in the brief. Paid ad usage is a separate line with a separate fee — never assumed.

We tell you when it's a no

If you apply and we can't place you, we say so and tell you why. You won't sit in a database for a year wondering whether we ever read it.

We don't ask for free work

No spec content, no "send us a sample so we can pitch you", no gifted-only collaborations dressed up as exposure.

Your audience isn't a number to us

We match on what you actually make and who actually watches. That's why we can turn down briefs that would put the wrong product in front of your audience.

How it goes

From application to payment.

01

You apply

Send your profiles, your niche and your usual rate. Asking for the rate up front is deliberate — it means we never waste your time on a brief that can't pay it.

02

A person reviews it

We look at your recent work, not an automated score. You'll hear back within 3 working days either way.

03

We send matched briefs

Only when a brand's brief genuinely fits your content. Fee, deliverables, usage and timeline are all in the first message.

04

You decide, then you get paid

You accept or decline with no consequence for declining. Payment terms are agreed in writing before the work starts.

Creator questions

What creators ask us before applying

Anything not covered here, email it to yash@fidemgrowth.com and you'll get a straight answer.

How and when do I get paid?
Payment terms are agreed in writing before you start — the amount, the method and the timeline are all in the brief you accept. We don't ask you to begin work on a brief where the payment terms haven't been settled.
Do I need a minimum follower count?
No. We match on audience fit, engagement quality and how well your content suits a brief. A creator with a small, genuinely engaged audience in a specific niche is often exactly what a brand needs, and we'd rather have you on the roster than not.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Creators never pay us anything — no joining fee, no listing fee, no commission taken out of your rate. Our fee is charged to the brand and shown to them separately from what you're paid.
Will you send me briefs that don't fit my content?
That's the thing we're specifically trying not to do. If you're getting briefs that don't match what you make, tell us and we'll fix the matching — it means we've misread your work.
What happens if a brand wants to change the deliverables?
The scope agreed at the start is the scope. If a brand wants more than was agreed, that's a new conversation with a new fee, and you're free to say no to it.
Who actually sees my application?
We do, and only we do. Your details aren't sold, shared with third-party databases, or added to a list that gets resold to other agencies.
You're a new agency — why should I sign up?
It's a fair question. We have no track record to point at yet. What we can say is that joining costs you nothing, commits you to nothing, and you can decline every brief we ever send. Judge us on the first brief you receive — the fee, the clarity and the respect for your time will tell you more than a testimonial would.

Costs nothing to join. Costs nothing to say no.

Apply once, and the next brief you hear from us will have a fee on it.
